asic development in the objective to identify the root problems of our life as it relates to Ecology has outputted by calculation that:

Humans occupy too much land.

A solution to consider is to begin reversing the global ecological and climatic crisis and restore balance in nature.

A contributor to this direction is the TSL (Terra Structured Land); please visit unsprawl.net to review the aforementioned: Open Space Frame Design of Vertical Land. Utilizing the vertical city, or the TSL, reduces the land requirement by over 60%. Its occupancy capacity makes efficient our everyday workings and recreations.

The venues within the TSL afford us integrated equities along-with economic centers; such availabilities tangentially segue into rhetoric that asks economic planning to realize recession recourse.

Though the TSL is a land mass, it is not an economic business plan; however, if we begin to subjectively review some of our existing economic developments, it is possible that with greater trafficking and volume use, many goals may be ascertained; for example, in Oakland, CA we have from the Park Street Bridge through New Chinatown and all the way to Jack London Square, a walking system that never really is utilized, while in SF Chinatown, we see a great deal of foot traffic.

This Oakland Loop with renovation and artery planning can become a central venue for: Tourist Bicycling; Restaurant Truck areas; Push Cart Store areas; Farmers Market areas; New Camper Lot Stall areas; New Parking; and Weekend Activity Support areas (such as for Marathons and Bicycle Races). To establish better traffic, possibly a pay horizontal escalator from the Airport to the Ferry, which can bring more people from Jack London Square, i.e. Jack London Ferry Station and Amtrak, can be developed. While the overall goal would be to increase merchant foot traffic, its ability to realize world attractions may further internationalize Oakland. Along-with said positions, we can begin to increase real estate in commercial, residential, and retail. Such density can begin to allow confidence in Public Transportation numbers and see possibilities in bicycle commitments. As Amtrak brings us Napa Valley Luncheons and Mid-Peninsula Merchant Rows; and BART takes us to the Oracle Coliseum and Union Square, the ability to expand volume numbers into San Francisco, Stanford, and Berkeley may be statistically a feasibility.

By making available venues to risk in recession recourse, a better space in which to work that contributes to changing the direction of our current Ecological issues may be an interesting consideration; please note that the construction methodology equity of the TSL affords you the capacity to build in any nation using their construction practices.
